Administrative procedures divisional submissions, 1982-[ongoing].

Any division in DHR which wants to amend or add a rule to the department's administrative code book sends a submission to the DHR Administrative Procedures Office. It consists of a Transmittal Control Sheet, a Transmittal Sheet for Notice of Intended Action (APA-5), a Notice of Intended Rule-Making, and a copy of the rule showing the change. The Administrative Procedures Office then sends the information to the Legislative Reference Service in an Administrative Procedure Rule Filing (S-17-30) to have it published in the Alabama Administrative Monthly.
